Ingredients
  • 200g cuttle fish
  • 3g Turmeric powder
  • 10g coriander powder
  • 20g chilli powder
  • 20g ginger garlic paste
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 3g mustard seed
  • 3g fenugreek seed
  • 10g ginger chopped
  • 10g garlic chopped
  • 2g Turmeric powder
  • 20g fish masala
  • 5g chilli powder
  • 5g green chilli sliced
  • 2g curry leaf
  • 200g sliced shallots
  • 10g soaked cocum
Instructions
  1. Prepare cuttle fish you can follow the video to clean ... ,
  2. wash there times till the water gets plain and clean. Marinate with turmeric, coriander, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
  3. cook in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes on low heat. in a flat pan heat coconut oil add mustard seed, fenugreek seeds .
  4. saute chopped ginger, garlic toss in sliced shallots. add in green chilly . add turmeric , fish masala and chilli powder .
  5. pour cooking stock from the pressure cooker to the pan allow it to reduce.
  6. add soaked cocum in the mix . now add cooked cuttle fish simmer for 5 minutes finish with fresh curry leaf and coconut oil.
  7. plate as shown in the picture with parboiled red rice.
